Dope dyed yarns are created by adding masterbetch colorant to the polymer melt in spinning for coloring that substituted the more polluting process of kettle dyeing. Apart from being enviromental friendly color performance such as color fastness, UV resistant, color uniformity and color lot repeats are much better than tradiona kettle dyeing method.
Sorona® fiber properties differ from other all existing fibers, combining many of the best benefits into a single product such as eco-friendly, softness, wrinkle resistance, color fastness and quick drying. Able to produce Bicomponent yarns, Mother yarn, POY yarn, Texturized yarn, FDY and mono filament Sorona yarns.
