Günöz Textile was established in 1996 in Çorlu, Tekirdağ. We have a closed area of 33,000 m2. 600 employees work in our dye house. Our dyehouse production facility has a capacity of 65 tons / day cone dyeing, 4 tons / day hank dyeing and 30 tons / day twisting. We have the largest yarn dyehouse in the Middle East and Europe. In Turkey, only GUNOZ has a dyed water treatment plant. We recycle 1000 tons of water we use daily and reuse it in the dyeing process. We have a heat recovery system, so we save 2000 kW of electricity per hour. We produce our daily electricity needs with natural gas and we provide our production with clean energy. We can dye 3 tons of yarn from one lot in one batch. is the only one in Turkey in this field Malatya ring business was established in 2021. It has a closed area of 53000 m2 and a capacity of 47000 spindles. It produces 42 tons/day. About 600 people work. The 2nd Stage part of our Malatya ring spinning mill will be operational in 2024 and will double our current capacity. It will reach a total capacity of 85 tons/day. We invest in solar energy due to the importance we give to the environment. We produce 10000 kW of energy per hour with solar panels in our 90.000 m2 covered roof area in total. We have the ability to make yarn from fiber blends such as 100% combed cotton, modal, lyocell, bamboo, viscose, wool polyester, acrylic. Our ring facility is equipped with the latest technology Toyota ring machines and uster6 tester quality control system. We use sustainable fibers, especially organic cotton, recycle cotton and pes. We have Ecoteks standard100, detox, Gots, ocs, rcs certificates.
