Company Profile Hangzhou Benma Chemfibre and Spinning Co., Ltd. is located at No.696, 5th Road, Dangshan Industrial Zone, Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province. The company (thereafter called Benma) has an R&D and production area of 60,000m2, specializing in research, development, production, sales and service of high-end and recycled environmentally-friendly polyester staple fiber, raw white and dope dyed and functional polyester staple fibers, with an annual output of 180,000 tonnes. Benma has been deeply engaged in the field of green fiber scientific research for more than 20 years, and it has built its own provincial enterprise technology research and development center, and cooperated with universities for a long time. Products of Benma have passed a series of international green certifications, including GRS OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, OceanCycle certification, green fiber certification and so on. The recycled polyester staple fiber produced by Benma not only reduces the demand for raw polyester fiber and the consumption of non-renewable resources such as petroleum, but also reduces GHG emissions in the process of converting crude oil to PET (crude oil-PX-PTA-PET industry) through the recycling of waste PET bottles, with reduction of 500,000 tonnes of GHG emissions per year. Benma has also developed a raw solution coloring technology to achieve pre-spinning dyeing, which not only improves the color fastness of the fiber, but also reconstructs the process of fiber dyeing and finishing, leading the industry into a dyeing-free era.
