RAN-SEL Sanayi Ürünleri Ticaret Ltd.Şti. was established in 1987 for the importation and exportation of textile raw materials. In the early years, it imported Metallic Yarn and Textile Accessories from far east countries such as China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan and has made domestic sales and marketing of these products. Especially now Yarn importer as our organization acquiring a significant share in the domestic market since 1994, has started to import MonofilementYarn from Italy and soon by taking the Turkey dealership of the leading monofilament yarn manufacturer of Italy has increased the amount of import and strengthened its position in the domestic market. The main activity of our company is Nylon and Polyester Monofilament Yarns, Hot Melting Yarn, Polyester Wire, Trimmer Line and Bobbin Winding Machines. In January 2012, the assembly of our factory building in Dudullu Organize Sanayi Bölgesi was completed and production started with monthly capacity of 60 tons with Monoturk Synthetic Yarn we established with our Italian partner Eurofilt Group SRL. Monofilament yarn with our production facility in domestic production for the first time in Turkey and abroad in all types and thickness continues to serve its customers. As RAN-SEL firm, we are working with OEM labor besides our own brand and with the work done in the test laboratory which our customers have in accordance with their special needs and requirements production needs are also met for different markets. As RAN-SEL, our research and developments activities are continuously being carried out in order to provide the best service to our domestic and international customers and existing innovations are pursued for this purpose.
Nylon Monofilament Yarn was obtained from the raw materials Polyamide 6 or 6.6 and produced by a variety users needs.It is mainly addressed to those articles, which require a good resistance to temperatures together with an excellent dimensional stability during the finishing phases. Diameter;0,08 mm - 4,00 mm. These articles are easy to be recognized in filtration fabrics, ribbons and in all industrial textiles in general.
Polyester Monofilament Yarn is developed making use of the Polyester polymer; showing an excellent dimensional stability it performs a higher resistance to temperature if compared to Polyamide during the fabric finishing phase. Diameter;0,08 mm - 4,00 mm.It is suitable for creating filtration fabrics, curtain rail, screen printing, conveyor belts and for all those fields where a first-class resistance to abrasion and acids is requested.
Polyamide Monofilament Sewing Threads; It s a soft but tough industrial thread which combines with these technical characteristics an excellent swability ,that is due mainly to a great versatility and a new selection of additives especially studied and produced for this purpose. If, on top of all this, we consider that the advantage of being produced in only two main colours (storage is thus kept to minimum) can be increased with a wide range of colours according to the production the yarn is destined for it is easy to understand why this monofilament has won a well-deserved place for itself in this sector. Diameter ;0,08 mm - 0,20mm.It has numerous applications from the clothing trade to the leatherware industry, from knitwear to footwear.
The raw material of Thermomelting Yarn is copolyammide at low melting point. It melts between 70ºC - 90ºC degrees. Diameter;0,15 mm - 0,18 mm - 0,20 mm - 0,30 mm - 0,50 mm.Yarn for serarating articles of hostery, socks etc.Sticking yarn for labels stuck with heat,As yarn that should disappear used with particular fabrics,As glue in embroderies,For production of chenille yarns.
