Rantteks stepped into the textile industry in 1994 with the recycling of cotton textile waste. The first machinery investment was made in 1995 with an opening machine (chiffonoz). Over the years, the machinery has expanded and monthly production has reached 500 tons. Today, there is a wide network of scraps collected from garment manufacturing provinces in Turkey, especially Istanbul. Rantteks, which exports scrap and regenerated fiber to the volume and brand manufacturers of Italy and Spain, started yarn production with a new excitement in 2000 with an Open-End machine investment. The factory, which produced 80 tons of yarn in 2000, has increased its investments over the years and currently produces yarn with a monthly capacity of 350 tons. Rantteks, which started to attack again in exports in 2016 and 2017, continues on its way with its innovative and expanding approach today.
