Rubfila International Ltd is a public listed company based in India. Rubfila is the largest manufacturer and exporter of extruded Round Latex Rubber Thread in India. It has got two facilities and the state-of the-art plants are located at Kanjikode, in Kerala and at Dindugul in Tamilnadu. Both the factories are at close proximity to Kerala, the heartland of natural rubber in India. Rubfila produces both Talc Coated Rubber Thread (TCR) as well as Silicon Coated Rubber Thread (SCR) with a total installed capacity of 27500 Tons per annum (TPA). The rubber threads produced by Rubfila strictly adhere to the global standards such as ISO 2321, ASTM D 2433 and BSI 5421. As a part of its endeavors in quality assurance & environment safeguard, the company is certified with ISO 90012015 & ISO 14001 2015 by BVQI. Rubber threads by Rubfila are also certified with Oeko-Tex 100, considered to be the gold standard for products in the textile chain. Rubfila have been recognized as Export House by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and has customers in 30 countries around the world. Rubfila offers talc coated and Silicone coated rubber thread in sizes ranging from count 12 to 63. It produces rubber threads under various colors New Super White ( NSW) , Blue White, Snow White and Black and has the ability to produce any color the customer may prefer. It also has formulations designed to suit specific customer needs like high elongation, high tenacity, food packing etc.
