Dope dyed yarns are created by adding masterbetch colorant to the polymer melt in spinning for coloring that substituted the more polluting process of kettle dyeing. Apart from being enviromental friendly color performance such as color fastness, UV resistant, color uniformity and color lot repeats are much better than tradiona kettle dyeing method.
