Bonded Nylon Thread

Bonded nylon thread is composed of high-tenacity nylon 6 or 6.6 continuous filaments that are twisted with hot melting material, and subsequently consolidated through a heat treating process. The technology makes filaments twisting more tough with a uniform finish which prevents the ply ends from unraveling in the reverse direction, which enhances abrasion resistance and facilitates smooth stitching. Moreover, bonding technology improves environmental resistance like heat tolerance, chemical and mildew resistance. With moderate elasticity, bonded nylon thread is suited for leather goods, footwear, suitcase and bag, mattress, bedding, sofa that require stretch and more tensile strength.
