High-tenacity Polyester Sewing Thread

High-tenacity polyester sewing thread is made from polyester continuous filaments, with no joints in either the filaments or the finished thread. Although it has little elasticity, it still accommodates a small amount of ‘give’ with good recovery. Its high strength and UV Resistance make it popular among outdoor furnishings exposed to sunlight over long periods such as sports equipment, automobile covers, curtains, kites, awnings, sails, tents, wire and cable applications and so on. It is also ideal for general tough sewing like suitcase and bag, footwear, furniture upholstery, outdoor gear etc. that see less sunlight.
