Founded in 1965 by Osman Nuri Uğurlu, Uğurlular Tekstil San. ve Tic. The company, which focused on yarn production with a ring spinning investment of 25,200 spindle capacity, became an effective brand in the international market by starting exports in 2007. In 2014, the company increased its daily production to 60 tons with an open-end investment of 8,100 rotor capacity, embracing sustainable production through the use of recyclable materials and solar energy investments. Strengthening its innovative structure by obtaining R&D center approval in 2019, the company increased its production volume to 100 tons in 2022 with a compact facility investment of 57,000 spindle capacity and Industry 4.0 compliant.
