The products of Akbaşlar Tekstil, which has been among the 500 largest industrial establishments in Turkey for the last 30 years, are delivered to the world through sales and marketing offices in Istanbul, London and Barcelona. With a monthly yarn production capacity of 2,000 tons, GES İplik branded yarns are produced at world standards with Barmag machines with low energy consumption. GES İplik produces textured polyester, elastane polyester, textured nylon and elastane nylon yarns in DTY form. In our weaving facilities where fabric production is supported by R&D and P&D studies, 2,000,000 meters of fabric are offered to the textile sector per month with high-tech weaving machines of Picanol, Vamatex and Itema brands. A wide range of fabric types consisting of constructions obtained from cotton, cotton elastane, linen, viscose, rayon, nylon, nylon elastane, polyester, polyester elastane, monofilament, micro, CIF, ITY and GRS fibers can be offered to customers. In our knitting facilities, jersey, interlock, rib and polar fabric types are produced using natural, regenerated and synthetic yarns. With our flat dye facility, machine park, jet dyeing and foulard dyeing production, Akbaşlar Tekstil Dyeing and Printing Group is among the leading units of the company in both printing and flat dye fabric production. The fact that our Dyeing and Printing Group includes digital printing systems in addition to rotation printing techniques reveals its difference in the sector. Akbaşlar Tekstil, which is among the companies with the largest digital printing capacity in the world, is among the giants of the sector with its fabric production capacity of 3,500,000 meters per month thanks to 1 MS Lario, 2 MS JP7, 1 JPK Evo and 2 mini Lario digital printing machines. Our businesses, which follow innovations at every stage of production, add value to the fabrics produced with finishing processes. Special effect fabrics can also be produced in our facilities. With a digital archive consisting of more than 150,000 patterns and our design facilities strengthened with artificial intelligence technology, we have a global design script to offer a wide international customer base. Our apparel business, as an integrated facility by benefiting from its professional staff, leaves its competitors behind with its wide knitted and woven fabric collection and responds quickly to its customers. Akbaşlar Tekstil, which is among the first preferred manufacturers in the sector, produces 1,100,000 pieces of women s clothing per month in its Bursa and Tokat factories.
