Eren Perakende ve Tekstil - Çorlu, located within the boundaries of Ergene District and Ulaş Town in Tekirdağ Province, has a daily production capacity of 13 tons of yarn, 10 tons of yarn dyeing, and 25 tons of fabric dyeing. Furthermore, in 2023 our goose down blouson production facility, socks production facility, and knitwear production facility has been started their operations. For the best, most efficient production at industry leading standards, our high-capacity facilities are continuously upgraded and furnished with cutting-edge equipment. Our R&D Center, comprised of young, dynamic, and creative employees, conducts product development in collaboration with professionals from all over the world, taking emerging industry and textile technologies onboard. Starting with yarns that are ever more effective and environmentally friendly, this design journey continues through the knitting, dyeing, and finishing stages to produce high-quality textile products that aim to completely satisfy the needs of our customers. As a fashionable, renewable, transparent, and dependable organization that embraces people, technology, and the environment, we utilize renewable energy sources to provide our customers with superior products, minimizing the environmental impact of product and service transportation by encouraging business with local suppliers. We continue to inspire other industries while maintaining the highest efficiency and quality standards in the industry. Eren Perakende ve Tekstil s new Bitlis facilities, which will produce yarn to boost domestic and national production, will commence operations in three stages. Phase 1 was completed in August 2023 and is now operating at full capacity of 35,000 kg per day. Our polyester yarn factory, which will be completed during the second phase, will begin production at 30,000 kg per day in December 2023. In December 2024, our third phase blended yarn plant will become operational with a capacity of 35,000 kg per day. With these projects, we hope to help the textile industry, which has now reached record export levels, in the most efficient way possible. Our facilities, which will be operational in three phases, will produce yarn with a total capacity of 100 tons per day in an enclosed area of approximately 100,000 m2, and this new investment, which will require hiring 750 new employees, will contribute to both the sector and the region by producing 35,000 tons per year using innovative technologies.
