FDY production process, POY production processes are the same. But FDY is more stable intermediate drawing, which is produced at higher speed than POY production process and integrated with stretching, orientation and crystallization, production is made with 48,72,96,144,288 filaments from 150 denier to 450 denier, It is a kind of high resolution filament yarn for high strength fabrics and textiles allocation and yield of home furnishings, fashion fabrics, denim, towels etc.

DTY production process is produced by a high-pitched POY weaving machine by bending and drawing at the same time, DTY covers a wide range of usage with four different heating techniques SIM, HIM, LIM, NIM and production capacity from 150 denier to 1200 denier, With soft curl, high volume, high durability and retention features, it is used in weaving and knitting, clothing, home furniture, sofa covers, bags etc.

Air textured yarn is superior to the original yarn before deformation in terms of volume, air permeability, brightness and softness, and our production addresses a wide range of usage areas as 48,72,96,144,288,576 filaments between 300 denier and 3000 denier, ATY yarn has a feel and appearance that imitates natural fibers, both colored and uncolored. Although not elastic, the yarn surface is soft and textured. It is especially suitable for the production of products that require a natural touch, such as outdoor clothing and home textile decorative fabrics that give a touch similar to cotton or wool fabrics.

Twisting is the spiral rotation of the fibers or yarns around themselves during spinning of the yarn to hold them together and to provide strength. In our facility, twisting is done with great precision from 225 denier to 10,000 denier in S and Z directions from 40 t/m to 500 t/m in line with the requests of our customers.

Fancy yarns are yarns that are created by changing their properties such as shape, material, twist, and color, placed at different intervals along their length in a random or planned manner, and have irregularities according to the method requested by the customer, and are mostly produced for visual and aesthetic purposes.
