The bedrocks of Gürel tekstil had been founded by Mehmet GÜREL in 1960 with 1 weaving loom. Our factory was settled over the area 14500 mt2, and about 8500 mt2 area is closed area for production. There are 1 sizing, 1 warping machines and 124 pieces weaving looms. We had been renewed our all weaving looms since 2018. Their brands are all same, Picanol Opti Max-i Rapier Looms with dooby. Their widthes are 220, 300 and 360 cm . We have been weaving both clothing (shirt and trousers), home and hotel textile fabrics thanks to renewed looms. Weaving capacity is about 50.000 meters daily in each quality according to our customers demand. Moreover, We have been working for many years in drapery sector with our own brand Filli Akfil and Gülizar in domestic market. Gürel Tekstil has been wholesaling marketing them as semi-finished products. In additon to textile, Gürel Tekstil invested renewable energy, Solar Power Plant, which has been generating at the beginning of 2020. Its installed capacity is 4.500.000 kwh. Our company, which decided to invest in the yarn sector in 2021, laid the foundations of a 25,000 kg daily Open End cotton yarn facility in a 11,250 m2 closed area on 50,000 m2 land in the Çardak OSB region. In January 2024, Open End yarn production started operations with 5 Saurer ACO10 and TRÜTZSCHLER Threshing Hall, Card and Draw Group.
