Özdurak Family has been operating in the field of product supply in the Turkish market for 30 years and has carried its experience in the field of supply chain to the production area in the textile sector with the new generation yarn factory established in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone in 2015. It carries out its activities with the understanding of corporate governance, customer satisfaction, sustainability and social responsibility at international standards, and for all its stakeholders, both at home and abroad; continues to produce the cotton offered by nature in its most natural form, with added value, quality, human and nature awareness. Aiming to bring a new vision to the textile industry, Özdurak Tekstil; Within the framework of nature, environment-friendly and lean production policies, a solar power plant with a capacity of 1 million 720 thousand kW was installed on the roof of the production facility. Thanks to this project, our company, which obtains 3/1 of the energy it consumes from renewable energy, both makes environmentally friendly production and contributes to the national capital of our country. Özdurak Tekstil has adopted technology and digitalization policies as a principle besides environmental policies and in the light of Industry 4.0 principle; It has cooperated with world brands such as TRÜTZSCHLER and RIETER. By combining the quality, experience and 4th revolution production technologies of these two companies with expert manpower, it increased its efficiency to 98%. Our company, which has reached the number of 6 thousand 600 rotors with the latest investments, has a production capacity of 27,000 kg/day. 4. With Revolution Open End production technology; We produce cotton yarn for weaving and knitwear in the range of Ne 20/1 to 36/1. We use American cotton with Green Card certificate in all of the yarns we produce. Accordingly, we have a Cotton USA certificate. We also have Com4rotor Licensed certificate from RIETER and sustainability cotton supply partnership certificates with Cotton Leads.
