Zeki mensucat,one of the biggest yarn manufacturers in TURKEY,has been continuing its production since 1973.It firstly started with blanked and rug then started produce acrylic yarn in 1993.Later on,started production of wool,viscose,polyamid and mixes with each other.After nearly 45 years of experience ,the decison to invest in POLYESTER FILAMENT was made in 2018.Zeki mensucat has a totally area of 250000 square meters,closed area of 160000 square meters .Our polyester filament s brand name is POLYINNOVA.It has reached a daily production capacity of 150 tons in a short time. Polyinnova polyester is one of the fastest growing yarn manufacturing company in the TURKEY with great capacity of producing. We have an,standart 100 by OEKO-TEX ,and 100% GRS certified within a short period of time since inception 2018,developed into one of the leading players in the polyester industry.Our company is fully equipped with many innovative products to polyester yarn customers.By succeeding to be the leading player of the sector, we are directing the polyester market . Mr .Zeki ZORKIRISCI as president director with a good experience in the textile industry has a wide angle vision.He created a young and dynamic managerial staff,all engineers.This team drives the company to achive the mission.About 2000 workers work in our company and all polyester machinaries mainly from equipment supplier Barmag/Germany, SSM/switzerland and a few local brands.We supply raw materials from SASA polyester/TURKEY and UNIFI /USA. We have an careful quality system procedures to highly quality performance at all levels.We employ highly talented,professional and committed work.Our employees work as a strong motivated and with a synergized team work for the goals and objectives of our company.We keep the production under control with the ERP system.Thanks to the ERP system ,the workflow in the plant is implemented without any errors. Our yarns are generaly use in weaving carpet,tufting carpet,velvet carpet,print carpet,blanket,upholstery fabric,home textiles,drapery, and bedding fabric,,etc.We are also producing special function yarns like FR virgin or RECYCLE polyester yarns,UV virgin or RECYCLE polyester yarns for some of these markets.
