Teknik Masura decrease loss of yarn, that occurs during winding and un winding, further down to the minimum level with, in accordance to our customer desires, outer surface of our cones with flocking or grinding (velvet/ scratch) process. The top of cones are produce as beaded (crimbed) and smooth (cut end) according to the norms of the yarn machines adaptors. The yarn winded around can be provided identification by printing the company name, logo, contact information and the definition of the yarn on the inner surface of cones. By printing various colors and pattern icon on the outer surface, the yarn produced by the customer can easily be differentiated. Relevant to the machine’s technology of yarn factory, bottoms of the cones can be shaped with various reserve notches and groove in size desired.
