Jin Li Cheng Company Phase 1 officially went into production on January 18, 2018. As of today, phase 2 has been completed, the current production scale reaches more than 1,000 tons of open-spinned OE yarn per month. The third phase expansion project has been started and finally the monthly output of open-ended OE yarn is 1500 tons, and the annual output of open-ended OE yarn is about 18000 tons. Most of the products of Jin Li Cheng Company are based on the rich source of recycled cotton raw materials in Vietnam. With the installation of 6 sets of flowering equipment and 2 sets of waste cotton processing equipment, the daily output can reach 36 tons of recycled cotton production capacity. Through full use or partial Add imported raw cotton, cotton recycled by ring spinning, and rationally mix cotton to produce environmentally friendly air spinning OE yarn. At present, Jinlicheng Company can produce about 1,000 tons of environmentally friendly yarn per month.
